Pacific Handy Cutter, Costa Mesa, CA got its start in 1950 with the introduction of the original Handy Cutter. By 1993 we had expanded into blade manufacturing and built the fastest blade-making machine in the world. Our research design team is constantly bringing forth innovative ideas for new products and our Spectrum Tools® line includes many patented designs.

Marketed worldwide through an established channel of resellers and distributors, our products include our S4™ Safety Cutter, RZ3™ Safety Utility Knife, QuickBlade® Utility Knives and Blade Dispensers, ProPrep® and ProPrep®+ Scraper Systems, as well as a complete line of utility knives, scrapers, replacement blades, and other specialty items and accessories.
